Behavior supports

Behavior supports for everyday life and independence.

Support for people with acquired brain injuries or developmental disabilities — centered on understanding behavior, building on strengths, and improving quality of life. This is a cash-pay service.

Behavior supports start with understanding. A Functional Behavior Assessment looks closely at when a behavior happens, what it communicates, and what supports would help. From that assessment, a Behavior Support Plan lays out practical, respectful strategies the person and their team can use every day.

The goal is not control for its own sake — it is participation, independence, and a better daily life at home and in the community.

Brittany Napier has provided behavior supports through Kentucky’s ABI Waiver program since November 2023, completing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans, and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Eastern Kentucky University.

“Support works best when it fits the person’s real life.”

Plans are built around the individual — their routines, their people, and the environments where support actually happens.

Payment: Behavior supports are a cash-pay service. We accept cash-pay arrangements — ask us about payment options when you request a consultation.
